Out of Order by Casey Lawrence Review

The following review is spoiler free.

Plot: Corey is a closeted bisexual who feels her biggest problem is her growing elationship with her friend Kate until prom night when she is the sole survivor to the multiple homicide.

Overview: My biggest issue with this is the timeline; it jumped around quite a bit and it began to giveaway too much just to jump back in time. I appreciate the Corey’s transition into accepting her bisexuality. I’m the glad the “who done it” was answered and that it wasn’t the cliche “because of the character’s sexuality.” The ending didn’t feel complete however, as you are left wondering the repercussions of  Corey’s actions; however, the concept of a sequel seems unnecessary. I did get quite emotional toward the end, but it seemed to jump around just to get that reaction.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars
